Bozcaada has a very wide kitchen culture by the help of the Turkish and Greek population lived here during the history. Capraz serves all the tastes of the aegen and mediterrian seafood cuisine, with variety of cooking techniques and flavours. Our specialities ; the fresh octopus and the calamari, grilled octopus, olive oiled calamari roll, leaf sardine, appetizers mixed with traditional vegetables of the island will add tasteful meals
to your holiday experience during your visit.
BREAKFAST
You will start your day with fresh organic fruits and vegetables growed in our owned fields. Our open buffet style breakfast will give you the chance to taste traditional Bozcaada and Turkish cousine as much as you would like. Wonderful aromas from our freshly prepared traditional home-style dishes will fill the air.

SNEACKS
For the lunch time, we offer a very rich sneak menu as ; natural olive oiled appetizers, special ezine cheesed, delicious salads. Capraz Kebap is also one another speciality of our kitchen.

DINNER

Rich seafood alternatives of the island gives us the opportunutiy to serve you a fantastic dinner choices. Our open buffet dinner serves fish salads, Traditional Cold Starters, Olive Oiled dishes of the Aegan Cuisine, Specially spiced grilled meats and the fish of the day are some examples of the main dishes for the dinner.
