500 YEARS of FAMILY TRADITION

Mr. Mehmet Dincoglu, who comes from and old family of the island reaching to a history of almost 500 years, started the construction of Capraz Holiday Village in 1996 by building 10 bunglows within the village’s original area today. For his passion to Bozcaada, he tried to motivate and protect the cultural motives of the island, Following this vision he named this holiday paradise ‘Capraz’ ( Means Cross in Turkish and it is also the name of the south area of the island ).

Name Capraz derives from the speciality of this area in the island. In this bay, winds flows from the cross directions.

Capraz Holiday Village enwides every year with new additions to the facility, Through these effords Capraz reached to 60 rooms with 150 bed capacity. In terms of the Architectural style, our facility carries a modern style as well as the whole island.
